These terms govern your use of SutrOS Content Check, provided by Sutros Technologies LLP. SutrOS Content Check is an AI-assisted content review and creation tool. It is not an official NMC certification or approval service, and is not affiliated with the National Medical Commission, Google or Practo.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your information
You confirm that the information you enter is accurate. You keep ownership of it and give us permission to process it to provide the Service. We do not independently verify professional credentials.
3. Authority to manage profiles
Only create or manage doctor, clinic or hospital profiles that you are authorised to manage. Only work on third-party listings you have permission to edit.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- No fake reviews or testimonials, and no attempts to misuse or overload the Service.
- Do not upload identifiable patient data unless you have an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards. The Service is not designed for patient data.
5. AI-generated content
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Reviews are guidance only. You must review all content yourself, and get legal or medical advice where needed, before publishing.
6. No guarantee of compliance
We do not guarantee medical, legal or regulatory compliance, or any search ranking or visibility. A "Low apparent risk" result is not an approval.
7. Intellectual property
You own the content you submit and the final content you publish. We own the Service, its software and branding.
8. Third-party platforms
The Service does not post to Google, Practo or social media. You are responsible for following each platform's own rules.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the Service and request deletion at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the Service. [Liability cap to be confirmed by legal counsel.]
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
